Corporate Governance

Evolution Gaming Group AB (publ) (“Evolution”) is a Swedish public limited company that was formed in December 2014 and that is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange. Evolution applies the Swedish Companies Act, EU Market Abuse Regulation, the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the “Code”) and other regulations and rules applicable to companies listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange including Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers.
